I Want To Exchange My Items In Store – What Do I Need To Do?
Just Follow the simple guidelines.
You can receive an exchange in-store (or alternatively if you prefer – be refunded).
Please ensure you meet the conditions for a safe return:
Items should be in original sellable condition (meaning: It should be unworn, unwashed, or unused with original labels adhered);
You may be requested to provide personal details for returns or exchanges to be approved.
(These details will only be used for the purpose of processing your return).
Items purchased online can be returned in store, you will be requested to show your proof of purchase.
Please note that in the case of online purchases, the refund you will get will not include the shipping costs.
I Want To Refund My Items In Store – What Do I Need To Do?
- No issue, you will receive an instant refund.
- Just bring your item to one of the Cotton On stores, bring your receipt or proof of purchase with you, and if applicable, the credit card you used to pay with for your purchase.
I paid with Humm. Can I be refunded?
No. Refunds are not available in store, for payments that were made with Humm, Latitude Pay, & Klarna.
Otherwise there should not be a problem.
I Would Like To Return My Cotton On Products Via Post. What Do I Need To Do?
You can only return your online orders via post.
This is what you need to do:
First you should download your returns label from here.
(Your order ID is 10 digits).
You should print your label, pack the items you wish to return, & drop it off at your nearest post office.
Once received, it will be processed and you will be notifies about the refund by email.
My Return Has Been Shipped. How Long Before I Get My Refund?
Once received in Cotton On’s warehouse, your refund may take up to 10 days to be processed.
Are Return Shipments Pre-paid?
No, Cotton On does not cover the return expenses.
I Got a Faulty Item. What Do I do?
In any case you got a faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown item, Cotton On meets the legal obligations in the country in which the products were purchased.
All you need to do is to follow the returns process in-store or online.
Shipping costs may be refunded for faulty items, providing that:
- The complete order is returned.
- You can provide a proof of the shipping costs.
I Changed My Mind and Wish To Return My Order. What Do I Do?
If you change your mind about a product you purchased from us online or in-store, we will refund the purchase price, or exchange (only available via stores) in the country of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- Products purchased online may be returned to one of Cotton On’s stores, together with a proof of purchase.
- In case of online purchases, please note that the refunds will not include the shipping costs (except as provided below).
- Products purchased from any Cotton On Group retail or online store can be returned at any time by the customer with proof of purchase;
Are There Exceptions To The Cotton On Returns?
Yes, there are.
