Aldi Came up with the “Twice as Nice Guarantee” policy, a real breakthrough in the customer service perception.
So, What is The Aldi’s “Twice as Nice Guarantee”?
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of any Aldi’s product, Aldi will both:
- Replace the product
- Refund your money
As simple as that!
There is one condition though for this to take place:
To receive the “Twice as Nice Guarantee”, the item’s packaging, as well as any unused product, must be returned to the local ALDI store manager.
Are There Exceptions to the Aldi Return Policy?
Here are the exceptions:
According to Aldi return policy, the “Twice as Nice Guarantee” does not apply to the following:
- Non food ALDI Find items.
- Alcohol products.
- National brands.
How Many Days Do I have To Return Computer/Electronics Products To Aldi?
According to Aldi return policy, you may return the computer and other electronic products within a 90 days period from the purchase date.

According to Aldi return policy, a receipt is needed in order to receive a refund in your original form of payment.
If you can’t find your receipt, you will still get your refund.
The only difference is that you will receive an ALDI Merchandise Credit gift card, which is equal to the current price of your returned item.

Many ALDI exclusive brands are covered by the Aldi “Twice as Nice Guarantee”, and Aldi will gladly replace it and also refund you.
You will need to bring the package, bring any unused portion of your product with it, and bring your invoice (or any proof of purchase) to the ALDI store near you.

Can I Return The Alcohol I Bought To Aldi?

The return of alcohol is subject to local regulations.
Therefore, it may not be accepted at all of Aldi stores.
